New Collection July 2011 - Holding On and Letting Go

I recently spent a wonderful week in Orleans, Cape Cod and was so inspired by the natural beauty of the National Seashore. This was my first vacation without my children in 19 years ! I have been reflecting on the many changes in my life recently – embracing the concept of “Holding on” to love, memories, respect, boundaries and “Letting Go” of outcomes, becoming an empty nester and relishing the new role of Grandmother. My paintings show the energy and beauty of the sea… as it ebbs and flows….as it delivers and takes away…. and reminds me of the ever evolving treasures life reveals.
