Skaket Beach in Orleans, Cape Cod is one of my favorite beaches in the world. The sunsets are simply amazing and end to a loud roar of applause from spectators each evening in the Summer. This piece was inspired by a looming storm approaching the bay a couple of summers ago.
About Jacqui Hawk
ARTIST STATEMENT Jacqui Hawk was born in Edinburgh, Scotland and grew up in the English Lake District. In 1994 she moved to the United States and now lives in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She began her career in the arts over 30 years ago.
